There are some trekkingarea, you better reach by bus ore car. I care for good transportation. A lot of mountain-ways are not very comfortable by bus or normal car. So lets take a Jeep!

Incertain regions, you need trekking-permits. Otherwise you are not aloud to stay there. Sometime the amound depends from the length of your stay. I apply for these permits. Often, however, a passport photo is required for this purpose.

If we need any special equipment such as tents, rope or the like, I can provide this also.

While trekking we normaly live in simple lodges. Local people will cook and care for us. You should bring a warm sleepingbag and may be a lock, to secure your stuff in your room.

A mattress is only necessary, if we plan to sleep in tents.
